Elvin Siew is the founder of Avio Health, a deep tech healthcare platform that leverages advanced AI and machine learning to decode complex medical data for precision diagnostics and personalized care. Powered by a proprietary health intelligence engine, Avio Health integrates multi-modal data sources—including longitudinal lab results, biomarkers, diagnostics, and medical histories—to deliver clinician-grade analysis in minutes.

At the core of Avio’s system is a deep learning inference framework trained on functional medicine protocols, enabling the identification of subclinical patterns and root-cause correlations often missed by conventional systems. Avio transforms raw data into structured, actionable outputs that support clinical decision-making, longitudinal health planning, and precision wellness interventions. Its API-first architecture allows seamless integration with clinics, labs, digital health platforms, and longevity centers worldwide.

Elvin also leads Emagene Life, a clinical longevity partner to Avio, focused on translating health data intelligence into real-world patient outcomes across the Asia-Pacific region. He holds an MSc in Business Information Systems (UK), an Executive Doctorate in Business, and  executive studies at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

He is also an active investor and founder across multiple industries, including ALOF.Life Foundation, CloudCatcher.Asia, and Sendoichi.com, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
